Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 72 hours of placing the order by notifying us via email at dpmgloballogistics@gmail.com.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours will qualify for a 60% refund.

  • Cancellations made after 72 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns Policy

  • Please note: Returns are not available. Once goods have been delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Reimbursement Timeline
For eligible cancellations, we will process your refund no later than 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original order, and no additional fees will apply.
